Fox Trot Dance

Friday                                  AD181022

11:00-12:00

Jan 5, 12, 19, 26, Feb 2, 9

Instructor(s): Bill Busch

This is the dance that many refer to as slow dance, but with a more comfortable tempo which provides for better, easier balance on the dance floor. Many of these same step patterns are common to American Tango and American Waltz. Please, no footwear (like flip-flops) that can slide off easily. Also, in order to lessen fatigue as well as the likelihood of a foot or ankle stress fracture, footwear should be smooth (well worn) on the sole in the area of the ball of the foot. Students should be prepared to begin each class promptly at 11AM. Please note: students must pre-arrange a partner for this class in order to register and participate. Sign up for this dance class and have some fun!

11:00-12:00

This is the oldest and probably the easiest of the "big six" ballroom dances as well as one of the "romance dances." Please, no footwear (like flip-flops) that can slide off easily.
