This time is split between a 30-minute Basic Tap and a 1-hour established class of Intermediate Tap. For those who have no tapping background, please arrive at 9:30AM to learn the basic tap steps, and then we all join together at 10:00AM for tap dances.

Fun and fellowship for moderately experienced and advanced beginners. You'll need some prior instruction and/or a knowledge of basic steps. Quick learners learn by observing and dancing. Minimal instruction includes new as well as old dances.

This class will introduce at least six different step patterns that can be used in both American Tango and Fox Trot Dances. These patterns then provide two dances for learning a single step pattern---or BOGO's. Students should be prepared to begin each class promptly at 11AM. Please note: students must pre-arrange a partner for this class in order to register and participate. Sign up for this dance class and have some fun!

What does it take to design, create, and maintain costumes for a professional ballet company? This course will present some of Richmond Ballet's costumes up close, and students will learn what takes place throughout the season in the Ballet's own Costume Shop.
